1.1 Browsing Without an Account

You can listen to BeatZ FM Radio and browse most content in the App without creating an account or providing any personal information.

1.2 Information You Provide (Optional Account Registration)

Some features — such as exclusive content, offers, and deals — require you to sign up for an account. When you register, we collect:

• Email address
• Phone number

We use this information to create and manage your account, communicate with you, and provide access to member-only features.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) to deliver push notifications (e.g., new shows, offers, station updates). To do this, Firebase generates and uses a device/registration token. This token is a technical identifier used to deliver notifications to your specific device and is not used by us for advertising or cross-app tracking.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not collect your device's precise or approximate location.

1.4 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect payment information through the App, as offers and deals within the App are free coupons/promotions from partners and do not involve in-app purchases or payment processing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and streaming service
• Create and manage your account
• Send you push notifications (e.g., station news, offers, deals) via Firebase Cloud Messaging
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or misuse of the App
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: With Google/Firebase, solely to enable push notification delivery.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BeatZ FM Radio, our users, or others.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

We do not share your email address or phone number with third-party advertisers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you may contact us using the details in Section 9, and we will delete or anonymize your information unless we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
